“The bypassing of the most tedious steps in data management not only allows data to be analyzed in less time and less effort than conventional methods, it actually frees up about 8% of a sales person time in data processing which enables him/her to service at least one extra customer or even capture one additional sales order per day” – David Tan Jee Boon, Chief Executive Officer, BIG’ant (M) Sdn Bhd. More after the jump.
Using digital pen and paper (DPP) technology solution from the company, this new service from BIG’ant allows handwritten notes and forms to be immediately transferred into computerized data without involving many complicating process, technologies and trainings. By connecting to a mobile device (for now only supported on Symbian, RIM and Windows Mobile Smartphones) via Bluetooth, iForms2U makes use of a Bluetooth-enabled digital pain followed by a pre-defined paper template (that can be printed onto any papers using good quality printer) and every time a form is completed, it can be sent to the server through a mobile connection immediately and a scanned copy of the form will be saved along with a digitized copy. Imagine a world whereby you can submit your credit card or other applications and have it approved within days instead of weeks to months. For a limited time period, the iForms2U On-Demand solution is available from as low as RM99 per month. For more information, please visit www.ebigant.com.
