My Smartpen won’t turn on.

NOTE:
To be compatible you must be running 32-bit versions of Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or later.  Macintosh and 64-bit operating systems will only be compatible in January 2009.

1.    Plug your USB charging cradle into a working USB port on your computer.

2.    Dock the pen.  The pen display should light up.
If the display lights up, leave the pen in the charging station for three hours for a full charge.

3.    If the display does not light up, try another USB port on your computer or monitor (if available).

4.    If after trying each USB port the pen display will not light up, there may be a problem with the pen battery or the
       charging cradle.
