DesignTool
Formidable Design Tool is used to enable digital pen & paper functionality for Formidable. It ranges from uploading backgrounds, enabling form field functionality to validation and export. Design Tool is Flash/Flex based which means that it can be used with an ordinary web browser supporting Flash.

Formidable Administration is the graphical user interface where the administrator can manage installed applications, users and pattern. It is the part of the system that acts like the control center for most of the systems and processes in the Framework. Via Administration the application management such as installation, upgrades and settings are done. License and pattern status is displayed here and the can also be purchased online.

PenPusher is the routing software for PC and mobile that enables digital pen documents to be sent from the digtal pen to the server. PenPusher Portal is a distribution tool for efficient delivery of PenPusher software to end users.
Manual order
For smaller quantities a wizard will guide you through the steps of customising, branding and sending out the software via SMS or e-mail.
Batch order.
The batch order enables a more flexible setup where an excel file containing user information can be uploaded. An auto validation of fields avoids errors.

aForms is a delivery interface that works as a demo for viewing and validating processed forms. aForms can also be used in case the client doesn't integrate the results to a backend system.
Inbox
Whether aForms is to be used or not is defined when the application is created in DesignTool. The forms will then end up in the users aForms inbox.
Form Details
A pdf copy of the form is shown.
Depending on the settings defined when the application was created in DesignTool the fields can viewed, edited or hidden.
E-mail export of pdf and xml file of submitted form can be done via aForms.
The PrintProcessor will enable printing of the forms created in Formidable on demand. Multiple PrintProcessors connected to the same Formidable version can be installed, enabling flexible and efficient printing of forms wherever and whenever needed.
